To clean your system with SafeClean with the current options you have selected, click the Clean button. Please make sure all Applications to be cleaned are closed before you click the Clean button.

Once you begin to clean, the status window will show SafeClean's progress. The status window will also provide the date of the last successful clean, as well as the amount of disk space cleaned.

To stop the cleaning process while it is in progress, click the Stop button.

If you wish to obtain detailed information on what files are cleaned, check the View Detailed Cleaning Summary checkbox before cleaning.

To be prompted for a confirmation for each step of the cleaning, check the Confirm Before Cleaning checkbox.
